    My wife went in yesterday after a doctors appointment for our son, he was prescribed some medicine for a really bad case of pink eye. So she goes in and the first lady says, "Yeah, we don't have the order in yet, check back here about 3 and it should be ready for you." So my wife goes back in at 6:30 and the gentleman said, "I'm so sorry, it's not going to be until tomorrow, were out of stock. Check back around noon." Okay fine, it's an annoyance, our son can barely open his eyes, but fine the dude at the window was apologetic and we knew it wasn't his fault. So this morning my wife calls the CVS to see if maybe the shipment came in early, or if there was a guaranteed time frame for pick up because our son is just miserable... well a gentleman named Jake answered the phone and my wife explained to him what had happened and instead of being apologetic and telling her that it would be there around noon, he said, "Yeah, I'm just not sure how anybody could have told you that it would have been here around 3..." as if my wife was lying about It? What possible reason could she have had to lie about the time expectation. she was told?? To be completely honest, I could hear the guy through the phone and he wasn't polite in any way shape or form... he didn't apologize once (which is all any customer ever wants to hear after crappy service) but instead he basically hung up on my wife when she was clearly upset about the 2 different time expectations and needing a guaranteed one for the sake of our son. At the very least Jake, you could have said you were sorry about all the trouble this has caused and assured us you were going to take care of it today as soon as the delivery came in... being a rude jerk to a customer and explaining to her what "out of stock" means... just makes you a poor customer service representative. Very upset with our experience, and to the management team, VERY upset with how your employee handled this situation.
